Director of Strategic Operations
Battle Creek Area Catholic Schools is seeking a dynamic and faith-driven individual for Director of Strategic Operations. This critical role will assist in leading our school system with vision, purpose, and integrity. Reporting to the BCACS Pastors and working closely with the Advisory Board, this leader will help guide our schools in fulfilling our Catholic mission while ensuring long-term growth and sustainability. This individual will inspire collaboration among pastors, principals, teachers, and families—strengthening our schools’ faith foundation and reputation for educational excellence.
The Director of Strategic Operations oversees finances, operations, marketing, fundraising, and community engagement, championing both mission effectiveness and fiscal health. Substitute Teachers and Support Staff
Substitute Teacher candidates must have completed at least 60 semester hours of college credit, with at least a 2.0 GPA, or hold a valid or expired Michigan Teaching Certificate.
Substitute support staff for Early Childhood Programs require qualifications as mandated by the State of Michigan Childcare Licensing regulations.
All substitute staff will undergo background checks, and must complete Virtus Training. Candidates may submit letters of interest to: advisoryboard@bcacs.org
